EMDR sessions
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a structured psychotherapy designed to help people process and heal from traumatic or distressing memories.
Whether its an individual session or EMDR session we will begin with an intake to review consent forms, gather background information and establish your treatment goals. We will then discuss cadence of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions so you know what to expect moving forward. I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, you may be eligible for insurance reimbursement by submitting a claim directly to your insurance carrier. EMDR Intensives
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a structured psychotherapy designed to help people process and heal from traumatic or distressing memories. It was developed in the late 1980s by psychologist Francine Shapiro. It is primarily used to treat symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) but can also be applied to anxiety. EMDR can be integrated into a normal weekly individual session cadence or conducted in a pre-planned intensive session.
EMDR intensives provide structured, extended sessions to help you process deeply and efficiently — especially when trauma, burnout, or a major life transition feels overwhelming — so you can create meaningful shifts and return to performing at your highest level. Intensives are private-pay only with a minimum time frame of three hours. Please submit the contact form for more information.
